This basement was completely remodeled after being entirely destroyed by flooding. Remodel included a recreation room, theater, kitchen, bedroom and three piece bath. The furnace was moved to increase the recreational space. Elegantly designed curves were used to enclose the duct work, creating an open atmosphere often missing in finished basements. The pillars were meticulously trimmed to provide cohesion to the upper level floors of this posh Bel Air home.
